Resolucion Bruselas patentes de software - Asolif

Buenas a todos,
Me manda el presidente de la Free Software Fundation, Karsten Gerloff,
el siguiente llamamiento para recoger firmas en relación a la resolución
de Bruselas en patentes de software para la patente unitaria.
Mas abajo tenéis el link para que podáis firmar las empresas que
deseéis.

La situacion ha cambiado un poco desde que os escribi el viernes, como
lo hace a menudo en Bruselas
Aparentemente la patente unitaria ya no esta en la agenda del comite de
asuntos legales para su sesion del 17 y 18 de sep. Seguramente el comite
discutira el tema mas adelante este año
Mientras que los puntos de nuestro modelo de carta siguen siendo
validos, no nos es util ahora mismo referirnos directamente a las
enmiendas numeradas
Si ya habeis enviado la carta, no hay problema -- se centra en nuestra
preocupacion sobre la proposicion actual, y cuantas mas veces
les comentemos a los MEPs sobre ello, mejor
Si quereis expresar vuestra preocupacion sobre las patentes de software
y la proposicion actual para la patente unitaria para vuestros MEPs,
sois mas que bienvenidos a hacerlo y podeis utilizar los argumentos que
hemos preparado

El FSFE seguira el tema muy de cerca y os mantendremos informados tan

Dear all,
the situation has changed somewhat since I wrote to you on Friday,
as it often does in Brussels.
It appears that the unitary patent is no longer on the agenda of
the Legal Affairs committee for its session on September 17 and
18. Most likely, the committee will discuss this issue later this
year.
While the points in our model letter remain valid, it's not useful
at the moment to refer directly to numbered amendments.
If you sent the letter already, there's no problem -- it focuses
on our concerns with the current proposal, and the more often we
tell MEPs about them, the better.
If you would like to express your concern about software patents and the
current proposal for the unitary patent to your MEPs, you're of course
very
welcome to do so, and to use the arguments we've prepared.

FSFE will continue to follow the topic closely, and we will update
you as soon as new information becomes available.
