Hi, we (GTLL Systematic, member of CNLL) are involved in helping our members (companies and academic institution) cooperate on (funded) R&D project, and we have been pretyy good at it (> 60 R&D projects funded in 12 years). In the current context (budget restrictions at the national level in France), we need to try to look more for eureopean financing for these projects, which implied cooperation between partners at the european level (EU + a few more countries), not just at the regional or national level. Is this (collaborative european R&D projects) something that is already practiced by your members on a large scale ? Do you have already in place a process to help your members set up and get funding for collaborative R&D ? At the regional, national and/or european level ? How do you think our organization could work together to help more open source companies get european funding in the framework of European project ? Regards, S.
